Can't believe Jill and I are leaving tomorrow for Panama for a week....she and I are heading to farm Ojo de Agua (it means "Water Springs") . It lies right up against a national forest preserve in western Panama near the border with Costa Rica. This amazing experience will be working hands-on and participating in the workings of a specialty coffee farm. We'll also be indoors learning the art and science of roasting and cupping coffee. We'll be staying on-site at the Hartmann family's farm, which is surrounded by a tropical forest. We may have little or no wi-fi or cell phone service, but who cares, we're on an adventure.
We leave bright and early Sunday morning, stay tuned! --Lourdes
